As So many of you Lose your Homes to Foreclosure, the Banks - the Lenders - the HUGE finance companies that got you into this trouble by bad business, fraud, false home values and YES they knew all along, EVEN and Especially NAR...

The Banks Got a Bailout when they should have been allowed to Fail as so many of you are losing everything but instead MONEY was printed to help them to not FAIL while your Losing everything. NAR is still trying to look like hey we did not know, we are here to help when really they are lobbying to keep banks out of real estate - WON THAT finally, they lobby to get that money flowing so you can get into bad loans based on False Values Again and they don't lobby for the kind of things that would really help the real estate consumer.

Why not reduce you debt at least to the now appraised value? Most real estate loans out there are are for more then the house will "Appraise For" - the thing is that appraisal value when you got the house was NOT Accurate. The REALTORS MLS Data is Fraudulent, there is no way to monitor it, and it is easy to Fake a Market, Create a Comp, and Set up False Data... it happened over a decade and NO One Could Do anything. Instead of Spending Money to actually get some sort of Quality Control over Data, Local Association Spend Hundreds of Thousands on Useless little play pretend calculator looking things that gave codes so they could log into the MLS with a new special code daily to make SURE and KEEP those dreaded Real Estate Consumers who REALLY DO OWN the MLS Data, to Keep them OUT of it, that is what they think is important to SPEND Big Money on. .. ~ You Lose.

The MLS Data is not checked for Quality Control EVER - the Realtors just do as they please, the Lenders allow it, appraisals come in high from pressure from the Realtors, False Comps, Comps made up from fake sales to friends or family and none of it is Real - YET now when the GiG is up they simple get a government bailout and you have to pay your loans, lose your homes and get no relief.

"Realtor" - "NAR" is a HUGE Money Money Making Machine and your Interest is NOT their Priority.

the Legistative Process Protects Realtors because they have lots and lots of money so when NAR Lobbys for their Special Interests they usually get their way. NAR does not Lobby to get the things Stopped that Really Do Hurt You and NAR does not hold the "Good Ol' Boys" in your neighborhood to a higher standard, they simply do as they please bully you, treat you badly and you have to take it you have No Real Choice.

When you Complain to a Local Association of Realtors they Send you Away and when you Complain to the Real Estate Commission, the best you can get is their license taken and this is not going to happen most of the time.

If you want to get your money back or paid for damages that the Realtor did to you, then YOU have to get an Attorney and Fight them. It is not fair, you have proof in hand that they committed Fraud and yet you have to spend years in court so that a Judge, a Jury will have the "Opinion" of whether your a victim or not, and once in the courts your at the Mercy of a whole other Set of Good Ol' Boys and that To is a Matter of Who you Know, Connections, Affiliations and if your a new buyer in town, or in the county odds are no matter how much proof you have YOU will LOSE against the Realtor, they simply have more clout.

I have seen where Jury Trials award 1.2 Million in Punative to have a District Judge overturn this to $25,000 and a Supreme Court Stand Behind it. Shocking, However the only rights you have is the Right to Blog. Why are Real Estate Agents Forced to Join the "Realtors Association" - Real Estate Cartel ?

it seems that most believe they Have to JOIN the National Association of Realtors to be a real estate agent. Yet NAR will tell you that you don't have to Join, thing is if your Broker is an NAR member ... YOU have to Be... NAR -the Real Estate Cartel well they will boycott you, thrash you, not sell or show your listing if your not a member of the National Association of Realtors.

NAR Claims to Be the "Voice of Real Estate" in towns across our Nation and Internationally. NAR lobbys against consumers... yet billions of Dollars sure does buy public opinion so Real Estate Consumers Keep using Realtors, and Real Estate Agents KEEP getting backed into a Corner to Be "NAR" members called Realtors.

Many think that ALL real estate agents are "Realtors" and don't know the Difference. NAR puts the Propaganda out that if a Real Estate Agent is not a Member of the National Association of Realtors then they are NOT of a Higher Standard and they are somehow inferior in services they provide. When in FACT you have MORE protection in your Real Estate Transaction if you use a Non-NAR Cartel Real Estate agent. If you don't use their Standard "Protect the Realtor" Forms, and have their "Mandatory" E and O insurance to FIGHT when you prove Fraud, Flat Out Lies and Illegal activity.

If the Public, Real Estate Consumers in General don't know the Difference and NAR lies about non-Realtors ... well it is pretty hard to fight being a member if you want to succeed. NAR needs the masses to believe they need a "Realtor" NAR member or they lose their age, and the National Association of Realtors needs ALL real estate agents to believe the lie that NAR provides a surface to the Realtors when really your better off with your own web presence, and to NOT be a part of the MLS Cartel.... the Public owns the MLS and needs to DEMAND access...

Home Inspectors were pressured to Make the Deal go or Get no Business and I have seen this state after state, it is not an isolated incident, nor is it one of the "Agenda's" that the National Association of Realtors Lobbies for, as all the rest of their Bullying and Clout that changes laws and creates rules for NAR to Keep it's unEthical and Immoral Monopoly on the Real Estate Industry.

In the Concept of "Making the Deal Go" there are few innocent parties. The Mortgage Brokers is often involved, their is sometimes magical "Comps" that appear for appraisals, there is new SOLDS that just show up turns out a buddy bought the property with barely anything as a down payment just to get a COMP, there are many factors that "Create a False Market". And NEVER ever believe that the Lenders did not know, they were well aware of this Bubble getting bigger and they were certainly positioned for it, though the public things they went bankrupt. However, if they knew it was happening all along, surely they hid assets, I mean come on....

So Forced Inflated Prices, Forced Closings on False Values. And now YOU are losing everything. One might say wow NAR creates lots of jobs, every sector has a hand in it. NAR is not necessary, Real Estate Agents only join because they are forced to. NAR says that it is Choice, but really if you don't join you have to come up with forms, you don't get access to the secret MLS Cartel Data, and the REALTORS boycott your real estate for sale.. so you pretty much have to join.

But with NAR behind them .. they simply are not held accountable and the System in Place firmly protects the "Realtor" over the Real Estate Consumer. Pending Home Sales Rise for Record Eight Straight Months

"Washington, November 02, 2009

Pending home sales rose again, marking eight consecutive monthly gains – the longest streak since measurement began in 2001, according to the National Association of Realtors®.
The Pending Home Sales Index,* a forward-looking indicator based on contracts signed in September, rose 6.1 percent to 110.1 from a reading of 103.8 in August, and is 21.2 percent higher than September 2008 when it stood at 90.9. The gain from a year ago is the largest annual increase on record, and the index is at the highest level since December 2006 when it was 112.8.

Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist, said the momentum is understandable. “What we’re witnessing is a rush of first-time buyers trying to beat the expiration of the tax credit at the end of this month,” he said. “Home values will stabilize sooner rather than over-correcting. That, in turn, will mean wealth stabilization for the vast number of middle-class families and lay the foundation for a durable economic recovery.

Folks don't forget the lies that Lawrence Yun told you that got you into this mess. Don't forget that the NAR President is quoted as Saying it is a Good Time To Buy, when the Market was obviously failing, it was in the news - the blogs and obvious on main street America but the REALTORS at the highest levels told you to Buy and Well you Did and now they are telling you FALSE information again to gain your confidence... they LIED.. don't Forget it.

Also NAR Statistics are NOT accurate. The MLS's I was part of had no way to provide any kind of quality control over the integrity or accuracy of the data in the MLS and this Data is what Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, Appraisors used to Create a False Market that was destined to Collapse. But who cares the CEO's got Rich.. took the money and tucked it away, then when bankrupt and put their hand out begging your government for your tax dollars.

Consumers are just starting to see the first glimmers of a bright future for the housing market and the overall economy. It’s up to Congress to make that glimmer a reality by building on the momentum created by the $8,000 home buyer tax credit.

One of the key ways to do that is for Congress to extend the home buyer tax credit, said National Association of Realtors® First Vice President Ron Phipps today to the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee during a hearing on “The State of the Nation’s Housing Market.”

“The data on the present home buyer tax credit show that the credit has had its intended impact—sales have jumped in recent months to a projected 5.1 million for the year and housing inventory has been trimmed, thus stabilizing home prices noticeably,” Phipps said. He also pointed out that each home sale generates approximately $63,000 in additional economic activity, providing a tremendous economic boost to the national economy.

“But it is a fragile recovery, and now is the time to build on home sales momentum by extending the tax credit throughout 2010 and expanding it to all home buyers,” he said. The present credit, due to expire on November 30, cannot help new purchasers now who write a contract today—they won’t be able to close before the deadline, and will lose out on the credit, said Phipps. “Without congressional action now, the market and our national economy may freeze again—possibly as soon as this month.”

Phipps called upon Congress to take action on a number of additional fronts to strengthen the recovery. First, make the FHA and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan limits permanent; these are set to expire on December 31. “Maintaining current loan limits would ensure that families have access to low-cost financing to purchase homes and can refinance problematic loans into safer, more affordable mortgages,” Phipps said.

In addition, Congress should continue federal government involvement in the secondary mortgage market. “Without the government’s involvement in the secondary mortgage market, market participants will have no incentive to reach out to lower income, creditworthy consumers. We must ensure that the housing market works in all markets and at all times, and that mortgage capital is provided to all potential and qualified purchasers in a way that promotes sustainable homeownership,” said Phipps.

Congress must also adequately address:

• The lack of liquidity in the jumbo mortgage market;

• Tight credit in the commercial real estate market;

• The Home Valuation Code of Conduct’s unintended side effects that are hindering sales;

Increased funding to help FHA upgrade their technology and for Congress to ensure that funding be included in the final version of the FY2010 appropriation for HUD;

• Administration incentives and uniform procedures for speeding short sales under a new Foreclosure Alternative Program; and

• The potential for significant spikes in interest rates or disruptions to the flow of mortgage capital as the Federal Reserve unwinds the mortgage-backed securities purchase program to ensure that this does not happen.

Ok so First of all we know FOR SURE that The National Association of Realtors is NOT Really the Voice of Real Estate, they have just convinced Most of You that They are.

Next, Well NAR should NOT be Urging Congress, the We the People should be actually getting decisions made that REALLY benefit the Real Estate Consumer.

This Tax Credit Thing, Well it seems good to Many, but really it is just a NEW way to gt buyers into bad loans. These Credits are used as down payments in some cases right, so the lender uses this illusion as a way to say hey buyer you have this NOW let's get you into that house. This way lenders can get some of those foreclosures off the books and NAR can start fabricating statistics that the HOUSING market is getting better when in REAL-ity, houses are going for 50% if that, many banks cannot even give houses away.

Using a Tax Credit as a down payment, talk about illusions. NAR pushes for Tax Credits and now buyers use it to get into houses they cannot really afford and the Cycle Starts ALL over Again - you Lose.

Big Interest.. Banks Win - NAR wins - your excited because you think you have home ownership, however, the real value is not REALLY there and your buying Their Illustions.

Blah .. Blah .. Blah - GET the National Association of Realtors Representatives OUT of Congress, they push their big fat clout around and they are not pushing what is really best for consumers. People in the Real world of real estate are losing their home, losing equity, counties are doubling taxes and Debtors, otherwise known as home owners are left paying off debt that is way more then their home is worth due to a False Home Market Created by NAR and Greedy Lenders...

They talk about lack of liquidity, this is Sick really, why not reduce the owners debt and let them stay in the home as an Owner, not a Squatter and NOT a renter. Many are staying their full legal limits anyway and not paying their payment. Why not cut a deal give the homeowners a break instead of banks sitting on properties they can't move or banks giving them away for half price to OTHER PEOPLE.. why not give this Respect and Curtisy to the Homeowner?
